Want to prepare instant and delicious honey coconut cake for Christmas and New Year?
> Christmas & New Year Honey Coconut Cake (Ingredients )
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
. Honey 2 cups
. Sifted Coconut Flour 1 ½ cup
. Coconut Oil ½ cup
. Boiled Thin Coconut Milk ½ cup
. Fresh Grated Coconut 3 cups
. Vanilla 1 teaspoon
. Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
. Salt to taste
. Blend coconut milk, heated and cooled coconut oil, 1 ½ cups honey, vanilla and
salt in a blender.
. Add baking powder to the sifted coconut flour.
. Pour the blender mixture in a bowl and add coconut flour mixture to it.
. Mix it to make a smooth creamy batter.
. Add 2 cups fresh grated coconut to the batter and mix well.
. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
. Apply coconut oil to the inner sides of oven pan and pour the batter into it.
. Bake it at 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C for 35 minutes.
. Insert a knife into the centre of the cake to check if it is baked or not. The knife
should come out clean if the cake is ready.
. Take ½ cup honey and 1 cup fresh grated coconut in a bowl. Mix it well.
. Remove the cake from oven and cover it on all sides with the mixture of honey
and fresh grated coconut.
How to Serve: Cool it cake and Serve it.
