Ginger and Turmeric

Onions & Garlic

Berries

 Berries contain great antioxidants, which reduce inflammation. That’s what gives berries their bright color. Strawberries, blueberries and cranberries are all great choices.

Leafy, Dark Greens

Broccoli, spinach, collard greens and of course, kale are all super for anti-inflammatory properties and for being high in minerals and nutrients your body needs. Juicing these veggies along with some fruit is a great way to get your daily dark greens.

 Whenever you have the choice between whole grain and something else, always choose the whole grain. Whole grains are incredible for reducing inflammation, something that has been shown in research studies. Plus, whole grains have high fiber content.
